Return policy

We offer free exchanges for Footwear for sizing issue within 7 days of receiving your order if you choose to do so. You can return your product for a different product but please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds in any case . Categories like Toys, Baby Needs, Newborn Accessories, Cradles, Walkers, Highchairs, Strollers, Cabinets cannot be exchanged. If the product you received is defective or damaged upon delivery kindly contact us at customercare.tiptopretail@gmail.com and we shall address the issue with a suitable solution. 

Eligibility criteria for exchange

1. Customer received a defective or wrong product.

2. Customer must take full uncut video while unboxing to claim return / exchange incase of any damage.

3. Customer must initiate the return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

4. Items must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging and original tags intact to be eligible for exchange.

 

How to Exchange?

Customers can initiate exchanges by writing an email to customercare.tiptopretail@gmail.com. Please note to mention the reason for the exchange along with images / videos of the product if required.

Once we receive the above-mentioned details, our customer care executive will get back to you within 2 working days with a solution that will work for you.
