Cancellation Policy
• If we receive a cancellation request after the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
• TipTop Retail reserves the right to decide whether an order can be cancelled. Customers agree not to dispute TipTop Retail’s decision.
• Orders once placed on www.tiptopretail.com will generally not be cancelled. However, if a cancellation is exceptionally accepted, a 10% restocking fee (on order value excluding shipping) will apply.
• Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing the order, and only if the order status is “Pending” in your Order History.
• To cancel an order, please email 📧 customercare.tiptopretail@gmail.com with your Order Number.
• You can also track your orders under My Account → Orders Tab. Tracking details are also emailed once your parcel is shipped.
