Cancellation Policy

If we receive a cancellation request after the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

TipTop Retail reserves the right to decide whether an order can be cancelled. Customers agree not to dispute TipTop Retail’s decision.

Orders once placed on www.tiptopretail.com will generally not be cancelled. However, if a cancellation is exceptionally accepted, a 10% restocking fee (on order value excluding shipping) will apply.

Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing the order, and only if the order status is “Pending” in your Order History.

To cancel an order, please email 📧 customercare.tiptopretail@gmail.com with your Order Number.

You can also track your orders under My Account → Orders Tab. Tracking details are also emailed once your parcel is shipped.
