At TipTop Retail, every shipment undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, in rare cases where a product is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, you may request a return/refund as per the terms below.

✅ Eligible Cases for Return/Refund
You can claim a return or refund if:
1. The item is damaged during transit.
2. The product has a manufacturing defect.
3. A wrong item was delivered.
4. The product is missing from your order (with proof).
❌ Please note:
• Outer carton/courier bag damage, dents in tins, or slight packaging wear will not be considered as damage.
• Sale/clearance items, fragile toys, and personal care items are not eligible for returns/refunds.
• No returns are accepted for mega warehouse clearance or festival/flash sales.

📸 Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any damage or missing item claims, please take a full parcel opening video. The video must clearly show the parcel sealed from all sides (top, bottom, and edges) and then be opened in one continuous shot without any cuts.
This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.
• Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.

📦 Return Process

2. Provide your Order ID, issue details, and photos/video.
3. If approved, you may be asked to:
• Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier (India Post preferred).
4. Product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as delivered.
5. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund/store credit.
📌 Return Shipping Cost:
• Customers are requested to courier the defective product back to us.
• Extra courier charges will not be reimbursed.

💰 Refund & Store Credit
• Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after product inspection.
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method for approved return claims.
• In case of cancellations after dispatch, refund will be issued as store credit only.
• Non-refundable charges: Shipping fees, packaging costs, and 5% payment gateway fee.
• If issued as store credit, it can be used for any future purchase on www.tiptopretail.com with no expiry or you can also use the store credit to purchase directly from any of our outlet.
