Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
• We offer shipping currently in selected state only.
• We do not cancel any order once the shipment has been booked. In case you are unable to receive the order from your side, we will not be able to refund shipping, packing, and transactional charges of 5% (payment gateway fee).
• No urgent/express orders are undertaken.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be dispatched. Orders received on Sunday or during public holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
• During busy periods (festivals/holidays), processing time and delivery may be delayed.
• If your PIN code is serviceable only via India Speed Post, please mention this in the “Notes” section at checkout.
• Rural/remote addresses may require an additional 1–2 business days for delivery.

TipTop Retail ships through India Post and other leading courier companies.
• Normal dispatch time: 24–48 hours.
• Bulky products may be shipped by surface (road) which can take 7–10 days unless air shipping is specifically requested (extra charges apply).
• Delays may occur due to:

• Strikes (citywide or courier-specific)
• Natural calamities (flood, earthquake, etc.)
• Government inspections/raids
